• Until the 20^th of October 2023 - International buyers and Sicilian producers can apply through the B2Match platform
• 13^th – 25^th of October 2023 - Producers and buyers can book meetings. Buyers will select the companies they wish to have interviews with, and can indicate the ones they would like to visit. If buyers keep some free slots, the organisation will choose on behalf of them, to complete the agendas.
• 24^th of October 2023 - Sicindustria will send the preliminary agendas of meetings and visits to buyers and producers (the final agenda will be available on the day of the B2B meetings). Producers and buyers can also check their agendas, logging in their profiles.
• 25^th of October 2023 - arrival of buyers, according to their flight schedules, and transfer to the hotel.
• 26^th of October 2023 (09:30-18:30) - Official welcome and b2b meetings
• 26^th of October 2023 - evening - Workshop and tasting sessions at Palermo Cruise Terminal 
• 27^th of October 2023 - Company visits
• 28^th of October 2023 - Departures and end of mission. Buyers who are interested in staying more days (at their own cost) can contact the technical partner Sole Blu.
• October-December Follow up survey to evaluate the results
